Renders behind the QR at adjustable opacity. Auto-forces EC=H so the QR still scans through the photo.
Batch Generation
Upload a CSV to generate up to 500 QR codes in a single batch. Each row becomes its own QR — pick a template or override 21 properties on a per-row basis: colors, frames, dot/eye/eyeball styles, gradients, transparency, size, error correction, format, built-in logo, and more.
21 columns: type, data, filename, frametext, frame, template, fgcolor, bgcolor, size, ec, dotstyle, eyestyle, format, logo, gradient, g2, gtype, gangle, transparent, eyeball, eyecolor. Only type and data are required. Use | to separate fields inside data (e.g. ssid|password|WPA).
All 86 QR types supported, including URL, WiFi, vCard, TOTP, Swiss QR-bill, PIX, PromptPay, ZATCA, PayNow, Bitcoin + Lightning, and more. Download the sample CSV to see every column, all 50 templates, 11 frame styles, and 156 built-in logo icons in action.
1. Download the sample CSV · 2. Edit it in Google Sheets, Excel, Numbers, or any text editor · 3. Upload it here
Save the entire QR — type, all field values, style, frame, logo, business card design — as a single .qr.json file. Load it later to recreate everything in one click.

How a Google Form QR Works
Google Forms expose two URL formats: the long docs.google.com/forms/d/e/.../viewform and the short forms.gle/abc123. Both work as QR payloads. The short form encodes denser (smaller QR), so we recommend pasting the forms.gle URL when both are available.
How to get your form's share URL
- Open your Google Form in edit mode.
- Click Send in the top-right.
- Click the link icon (chain).
- Tick "Shorten URL" → copy the
forms.gle/...link. - Paste here.
Common use cases
- Event RSVPs — print on save-the-date cards, invitations.
- Lead capture — at trade shows, conferences, on flyers.
- Surveys / customer feedback — at restaurants, hotels, retail.
- Classroom polls — quick formative-assessment quizzes.
- Sign-up sheets — for volunteer events, workshops.
- Order forms — small-business order intake.
- Field-data collection — research, inspection workflows.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I use the short or long URL?
Short (forms.gle/...) — shorter URL → denser QR → easier to scan. Both work.
Do respondents need a Google account?
Only if you set the form to require sign-in (workplace forms typically do; public forms don't). Default is no — anyone can submit anonymously.
Can I pre-fill answers via QR?
Yes — Google Forms support pre-fill URLs. In the form's three-dot menu, pick "Get pre-filled link", fill the fields you want pre-set, then "Get link". Paste that pre-fill URL into our generator instead of the regular share URL.
Can I track who scanned vs who submitted?
Google Forms shows submissions but not scans (no scan-vs-submit attribution). If you need scan counts, host a redirect on your own domain that forwards to the form.
What's the response limit?
Google Forms has no hard limit (we've seen 100k+ responses in a single form). Storage is via Google Sheets / Drive on your account.
Will the form work offline?
No — the QR opens the form URL, which requires network. The Google Forms app supports offline draft mode for known users.
Can I embed the form on my site instead?
Yes — Google Forms gives you an embed iframe. But for printed QR use cases, the share URL is better — the form page is fully mobile-optimized already.
