3. WiFi access

On conference badges or table cards. Attendees connect without asking. Open the WiFi generator →

4. Sponsor/session link

A URL per session or sponsor table. Update the destination as the schedule shifts. Open the URL generator →

5. RSVP or registration form

Point at a Google Form, Typeform, or any hosted form. One scan, one reply. Open the Google Form generator →

Badge printing notes

On lanyard badges, print at least 2.5 cm (1 in) — scanners need a quiet zone of four modules, and lanyard materials can introduce glare. For full-page signage at the venue, 15 cm (6 in) or larger scans from across the room.
